Your policies in one app.

All your insurance policies in one place, on your phone, and linked to me as your broker. The app is called Vinlivt. With my access code, you are assigned to me automatically once you have registered.

What’s in it for you

1. Everything in one place. Every insurance policy, every contract, including the ones I don’t look after. A photo or an upload is enough, the app recognises the contract. The folder in the cupboard can retire.
2. Move your policies to me, without paperwork. If you want me to look after a policy, you sign once, digitally. I sort out the rest with the insurer.
3. Your money in view. Connect your account and you see income, spending and forgotten subscriptions at a glance.
4. Your picture stays current, with no questionnaire. Whatever you store in the app lands in your file with me. If a premium goes up or a policy changes, I can do the sums instead of asking you first.
5. Your documents travel with you. Policy, terms, policy number: on your phone when you need them. At the scene of an accident, at the doctor’s, on holiday, when buying a car. Not at home in a folder.

How to get started

1. Download the app. You can download the app free of charge from the usual app stores.
2. Register and confirm your email. Free, and it takes a minute.
3. Enter my access code. You get the code from me as part of the Service Concept, in the Comfort or Premium tier.
4. Sign the broker mandate. Once, in the app, and I take it from there.
5. Add your policies. Including the ones held elsewhere.
6. Work on your finances together. You hold the overview, I hold the big picture.

How the app makes working together easier

Working together starts with the analysis. That is where the picture emerges on which everything else is built. The app keeps this picture current, and it does so by itself. It is connected to my broker system. Everything I look after for you appears in the app exactly as I have it, without you uploading anything. A premium change, an endorsement, a switch to a different plan, all of that comes from me. You only add what is new or not yet with me.

Your data belongs to you. I see the insurance policies I look after for you. Everything else in the app, income, spending, investment balances, whatever you keep there, stays with you. I only see it if you expressly share it with me, for example for the annual review or a coaching session.

And we keep talking on WhatsApp. Questions, changes and claims go there, just as before. The app is your digital insurance folder.

Vinlivt stores your data in German data centres in Frankfurt, encrypted and kept separate from other clients’ data.
