The person behind it
To most people, I’m simply ‘Alex’. I’m a family man and someone who questions things when they don’t make sense. To date, I have helped over 1,000 people to strategically organise their finances.
For more than 15 years, I have been focusing on what helps people move forward with their financial matters. I am not interested in short-term, opaque fads, but rather in what stands the test of time.
Financial security is the result of good decisions.
What drives me
Our society faces foreseeable challenges such as poverty in old age, a crisis in care provision and uncertain pensions. Yet hardly anyone speaks openly about them.
As a fee-based broker, I help people prepare for the future at an early stage, with clear strategies, accountability and solutions that really work.
The Turnaround
After 15 years in commission-based advice I made a deliberate change. I no longer want to be paid by products, but directly for the work I do, when I do it. Many people believe advice is free. In reality they pay for years, hidden inside complex product costs. I am not willing to stand behind that any more. Today I work on a fee basis, transparent, fair and clear. I earn when I deliver something of real worth, not when a contract is signed.
You’ll know right from the start what my services cost. And if you’re already well-positioned, I’ll tell you that too. Honestly and without any sales pressure.

15 years
Completed a degree in mechanical engineering whilst gaining solid initial experience on the stock market.
Made a conscious move from theory to practice, with qualifications as an insurance specialist and a financial investment specialist.
Ongoing professional development with a high level of discipline, 8 to 10 hours of specialist study each week to ensure clients are always provided with sound and clear advice.
Successfully supported over 1,000 people, managed more than 20 million euros and developed over 20 bespoke pension schemes for companies with up to 350 employees.
Since 2026 fully self-employed as a fee-based broker and investment adviser. Alongside that I pass on my knowledge and my systems under the brand 
compound.os as a coach to other brokers who want to take their own route into digitalisation and automation.
International experience gained through work in the UK and Slovakia; fully digital advisory services since 2018. Currently working remotely from the USA.
Personal life
I’m 42, dad to a little explorer, life partner in a relationship of equals, and a dog dad with ambitions to train my dog. I love chocolate (anything with ‘Kinder’ on it wins me over), I run marathons (Budapest 2024) and I discover new countries with my family, currently the USA, previously Slovakia, the UK and nine years in Bavaria.
I believe in curiosity and personal responsibility; I am radically honest and I have my own opinions, even when they are uncomfortable. I believe that clarity is better than relying on the opinions of others. If you see things the same way, we should have a chat.
I love photographing with a system camera. Real optics can do what no phone camera can. A phone merely computes its blur, real bokeh is created physically in the glass. I never did commissioned photography for image number 23,500 in a phone gallery, but for the special moments people frame and hang on their wall. The printed picture stays in view and never gets lost in the crowd.
That is exactly how I understand my role in the world of finance. I want to leave results that last. My ambition is a lasting positive mark on the lives of those who place their trust in me.
